Let's Cook!
Cooking together helps reinforce new skills learned yesterday.
After cooking and eating lunch, team members will create menus for various scenarios, using this as a way to show not only creativity but also relationship building and communication. |
| Day 5 |
Breakthrough Results
Rather than hoping that breakthrough results happen by chance, team members learn how to create them. In addition to the new skills already learned in new ways of being, thinking and communicating, these will be taken to the next level. |
| Day 6 |
Envisioning
With the skills now developed, and the openings created, envisioning the future of the team, the project, the company is now possible. |
| Day 7 |
Travel |
The Retreat can be customized for full, intensive days and evenings, mornings only with afternoons free, or any combination.
The resorts offer a variety of other possibilities such as Yoga, Hiking, Golf, Spa services and more.
