Held annually on the first Saturday in October

The annual Fair Oaks Dog Walk is held the first Saturday in October and features a beautiful two mile walk along the beautiful scenic American River. 

Scheduled events include a live band and dog contests, including the ever popular "doggie sit" which is the canine version of musical chairs.  We will be offering free treats and water for people and their best friends. 

Visit the many sponsor tables to get information about local services available for pet owners.  We finish this morning event with a raffle including donated prizes from our vendors and other local businesses.
